| Duties | We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering • 3-5 years industry Experience in SSD hardware design using Flash Components. • Good understanding of NAND Flash Chip and NAND Flash controller Operations • Good knowledge of SSD qualification, validation tests. • Solid knowledge of Digital Circuit design and analog characteristics. • Understanding of embedded firmware concepts. • Strong hand-on experience with debug and troubleshoot SSD hardware circuit (both analog and digital) • Experience with directing PCB design, layout. • Excellent analytical skills, excellent problem solving skills. • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make independent decision. • Proven ability to work in a Team environment (embedded software and hardware integration) | ||
| More Info | The Virtium SSD Design Team works on the development of Solid State Drives for Embedded Systems. The group performs all hardware design and works closely with our firmware team to provide fully integrated SSD products. The Hardware Design Engineer will develop new SSD product, taking it from conception through prototyping, debugging and fully release products to market. | ||
